Our jewellers have been trained in the finest tradition of English jewellery design and have refined the skills and techniques passed down through many generations and reinvented them with a unique New Zealand flavour. We guarantee all our pieces are intricately crafted and finished to the highest standards. Nothing you see here is computer-generated virtual stock. All our jewellery is made at our Vulcan Lane shop, an enviable location in Auckland's 'fashion central' where Carats has been based since it opened in 1996.

We sort through thousands of stones from around the world and handpick the standout pieces. We have a keen eve for beautiful gemstones that exhibit a combination of sparkle, intensity of colour and rarity – that unique x-factor that ensures the owner knows they are wearing something very special.
